One wellness app for your meals, activity, sleep and blood tests
HealthTrak AI estimates the nutrition in a photo of your meal, syncs workouts and sleep from your phone, and keeps every lab report in one history. Your targets are shaped around you, not an average.
- FoodMeals, nutrients and water
- MovementSteps, workouts and effort
- RecoverySleep and weight
- LabsBlood test results over time
Works with Apple Health and Android Health Connect
Syncs supported data from Apple Health and Android Health Connect, with a web dashboard for your account.
No wearable or blood report needed to start.
Your health information is scattered across apps, wearables and PDF reports
Keeping track of your health shouldn't feel like a second job.
- Food in one appTyping every ingredient into a diary gets old by day three.
- Workouts in anotherEach wearable has its own score, and none of them compare.
- Lab reports in a folderBlood test PDFs pile up with no easy way to see change over time.
- Targets that ignore youEveryone gets the same calorie goal, whatever their routine or priorities.
HealthTrak AI puts all four in one place, and builds your targets around you.
One daily view of your nutrition, movement and recovery
Open the app and see your day at a glance: what you've eaten, how much you've moved, how you slept, and what needs attention.

Log meals with a photo and let AI estimate the nutrition
Skip the ingredient-by-ingredient typing. Take a photo or describe what you ate, and HealthTrak AI builds the entry for you to check.
- 1
Snap or describe your meal
A photo, a quick description, or both, whether it's home-cooked or from a restaurant.
- 2
Review what the AI found
See the estimated calories and macros, and how the meal moves the nutrients you track, before anything is saved.
- 3
Adjust and save
Change portions or items in a tap. Your food history keeps every entry for later.
Nutrition values are AI estimates. A logo or menu name doesn't confirm an exact recipe or portion, so you always have the final say.
Learn more about AI food loggingPersonal nutrient targets that go beyond calories
Choose the nutrients that matter to you. HealthTrak AI tracks what you want more of, what you want to limit, and what you want to keep on target.
For example, masoor dal with spinach and brown rice, suggested to close today's fiber gap while staying light on added sugar.
Your nutrient targets guide your food choices. They don't change what your lab results mean.
Heart Points: one consistent effort score across your connected devices
Different wearables, different scores. Heart Points apply one HealthTrak policy to every supported workout, so your effort is measured the same way wherever it comes from.
- 1 point a minute
- for moderate effort.
- 2 points a minute
- for vigorous effort, and never more, however high your heart rate goes.
- Heart-rate aware
- Intensity comes from age-based heart-rate zones when available, and from the workout when not.
- Counted once
- Overlapping workouts from several apps are counted once.
Heart Points measure effort for habit tracking. They are not a diagnostic heart-health score or a safety clearance.

Organize and understand your blood test reports
Upload a report, check the readings HealthTrak AI extracts, and keep every result in one searchable history.
- AI-assisted extraction from supported PDFs and images
- Manual entry and corrections whenever you need them
- Marker, value, unit, date and reference range saved together
- Results compared over time
- Plain-language explanations of each marker
High, Low and In range compare a value with the reference range recorded on your report. They are not a diagnosis. Talk to your doctor about your results.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Read the full FAQ or contact us.
Do I need a wearable or a blood test to start?
No. You can start with your profile and manual logging, then add a phone health connection or lab reports later.
Which devices and apps does HealthTrak AI work with?
It reads supported data from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Wearables contribute whatever they share with those apps. The web app shows the data synced to your account.
How accurate is AI food logging?
It gives an estimate from your photo or description. You review and adjust every entry before it is saved, and estimates are never presented as verified restaurant figures.
What are Heart Points?
HealthTrak's own effort score: 1 point per minute of moderate activity and 2 per minute of vigorous activity, with overlapping workouts counted once.
Can HealthTrak AI tell me if my blood test results are a problem?
No. It shows each value against the reference range on your report and explains what the marker is. Your doctor should interpret your results.
Is HealthTrak AI a medical device or a replacement for my doctor?
No. It is a wellness and information tool that helps you track habits and organize your health information.
Who can see my data?
You choose what to connect and what to share with groups. Workplace programs see aggregate results only. Details are on our Privacy & your data page.
How much does HealthTrak AI cost?
Current plans and prices, in your local currency where available, are on our pricing page.
